Marin County Parks
The Marin County Parks Service oversees 17,900 acres of incredibly beautiful land. The rangers maintain 39 parks, including beaches along the Pacific Ocean, lakes, lagoons, marshes, and creeks as well as forests of historic redwood trees, grasslands, and mountains, and 34 open space preserves. The rangers oversee the maintenance of hundreds of miles of hiking trails, bike paths and horse trails. Our Autistry students work with the rangers to keep the parks clean, the trails clear, and all the plants healthy.
